A system and a method for distributing unsold apartments in a lottery mode on the Internet are provided to help middle/small scale construction companies and enable real apartment demanders to buy the apartment at a low price by increasing a distribution ratio of the unsold apartments with the lottery mode. A sale article database(200) stores unsold apartment information received from a plurality of construction company servers(800). A plurality of coupon purchase terminals(900) input member information and buy coupons having a predetermined nominal price. A security issuance server(500) issues a registered security certificate including serial numbers as much as a coupon purchase price of a member. A lottery server(700) performs lottery when an amount of issued certificates exceeds a predetermined amount. A member database(300) stores the member information received from the user terminal. A distribution agency server(100) posts the unsold apartments corresponding to the amount of the issued certificates on a homepage, fixes a winner by receiving a lottery result from the lottery ticket server, and informs the member of a winning result. |
