THE REFRIGERANT MIXTURE FOR THE SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATOR

A mixed coolant composition of a refrigerator for semiconductor industries is provided to minimize a change in the design of an existing refrigerator system using R22 and R407C, to realize excellent bulk refrigerating capacity and quality coefficient, vapor pressure characteristics and eco-friendly characteristics. A mixed coolant composition of a refrigerator for semiconductor industries comprises: 25-35 wt% of propylene(CH3-CH-CH2) as a hydrocarbon-based coolant gas; 25-35 wt% of 1,1-difluoroethane(CHF2-CH3) as a hydrofluorocarbon-based coolant gas; 25-35 wt% of ethyl fluoride(CH3-CH2F); and 5-15 wt% of difluoromethane(CH2F2). The mixed coolant composition preferably comprises: 29-30 wt% of propylene; 30-31 wt% of 1,1-difluoroethane; 29-30 wt% of ethyl fluoride; and 10-11 wt% of difluoromethane.
