A cover of a silo is provided to reduce manpower and to prevent a safety accident by being easily fixed to the silo using an insertion groove of the cover, and to extend a life and to reduce a maintenance cost by forming a separate a shock-absorbing element. A cover of a silo includes: a main body plate(110) having an insertion groove(111) formed on the lower side for insertion of the upper periphery of the silo(10), and an entrance(112) formed on the center to communicate with the inside of the silo vertically; and a railing(120) installed around the upper side of the main body plate. The main body plate comprises an upper plate, a lower plate positioned under the upper plate and having the insertion groove, and a shock-absorbing plate interposed between the upper and lower plates and forming an air layer at regular intervals between the upper and lower plates by being formed in a wave shape.
