A silicone pad manufacturing method and a silicone pad manufactured by the same are provided to apply silicone after performing plasma processing and primer coating on an upper surface of a PET sheet where an acryl adhesive layer is formed in one side, thereby significantly reducing manufacturing costs by removing the necessity to use an expensive both-sided PET sheet. A PET sheet is prepared. In a lower surface of the PET sheet, an acryl adhesive layer and a release sheet are sequentially laminated. On an upper surface of the PED sheet, plasma processing is performed to generate a minute unevenness in the upper surface(S1). On the upper surface of the PET sheet where the surface processing is completed, a primer is deposited(S2). After cradling the PET sheet coated with the primer in a coating device, the PET sheet is transferred to a belt formed in the coating device and silicone is applied onto the upper surface of the PET sheet(S3). A thickness of the silicone applied on the upper surface of the PET sheet is adjusted through a roller. The silicone is hardened through a hardening furnace to form a silicone sheet(S4). |
