APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING VARIABLE PRESSURE OF DIRECTING INJECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

An apparatus for controlling variable pressure of an LPG directing injection system and a control method thereof are provided to prevent ignition performance of an engine from deteriorating due to excessively small or large amount of fuel and to reduce discharge of exhaust gas due to non-combusted fuel. An apparatus for controlling variable pressure of an LPG directing injection system comprises a valve housing(103) installed in a regulator housing and having a fuel outlet pipe(105) at the lower center thereof. A plurality of fuel inlet ports(107) are formed around the fuel outlet pipe. A diaphragm(109) in installed in the valve housing to divide an interior of the valve housing into a diaphragm room(C1) and a fuel inlet room(C2). A valve(111) is fixed to the diaphragm by passing through the diaphragm. A valve sheet(113) is provided on the bottom surface of the valve to open and close the fuel outlet pipe. A spring(129) is inserted into a spring groove of the valve and an upper end of the spring is supported by an inner surface of the spring groove of the valve, thereby controlling the valve magnetic field generated according to fuel pressure of a fuel supply line.
