摘要 A satellite tracking antenna system of a mobile object and a satellite tracking method thereof are provided to remove an error of a sub reflective plate by tracking a satellite using a sub reflective plate tilting scheme. A satellite tracking antenna system of a mobile object includes a reflective plate(10), a sub reflective plate(20), an antenna horn(30), a plurality of electromagnets(40), and an antenna control unit(100). The reflective plate receives a predetermined satellite signal toward a target satellite direction. The antenna horn receives the satellite signal which is transmitted from the satellite and is reflected from the reflective plate. The antenna horn has a focus on the satellite signal. The sub reflective plate tilts to adjust a directivity direction of the reflective plate. The electromagnets are located to be apart from the sub reflective plate at a predetermined distance to tilt the sub reflective plate. The electromagnets have a plurality of winding coils. The antenna control unit is electrically coupled to the electromagnets and tilts and operates the sub reflective plate at high speed.
