A stick converting the wavelength derived from the recognition of an article to a sound for the recognition of an obstacle is provided to conform to the user interface to enable a user to recognize the position of an article easily. A stick converting the wavelength derived from the recognition of an article to a sound for the recognition of an obstacle has an Ami semi sensor(12) that makes a user feel wavelength and wave motion by using frequency that is sent continuously when an article is recognized in a predetermined distance from the stick. When a sensor sends frequency, the stick converts the wave motion into sound and vibration to be recognized by the user. A USN control device sensor(13) changes the flow of the wavelength of the article that is perceived by the stick to a sound.
