An apparatus for cutting heat shrink tubes and inserting pipes into the heat shrink tubes is provided to improve productivity, to reduce man hours and labor cost, to reduce production cost and to improve quality by automating the cutting of shrink tubes and insertion of pipes into the heat shrink tubes. An automated apparatus for cutting heat shrink tubes and inserting pipes into the heat shrink tubes includes a table(101) which is extended longitudinally to be used as a supporting frame, a drum(110) which is assembled to rotate by placing a shaft at each side into a bearing(115) installed in each bracket fixed to the table, a drum driving unit(116) which rotates the drum at a certain angle with a stepwise manner, a tube fitting unit(120) which feeds heat shrink tubes on a longitudinal direction of the drum and insert the supplied tubes into grooves provided on the circumference of the drum, cutters which are fixed along the longitudinal direction of the table at regular intervals to cut tubes inserted in the drum groove as drum rotates, a tube cutting unit(150) which cut heat shrink tube from a tube supply roll when feeding of tube to drum is completed, a pipe feeding unit(160) which supplies pipes from a stack and insert pipes into tubes cut by the cutter, and a controller which controls operations and sets operational parameters for each unit and the apparatus.
