An air conditioner is provided to prevent collision of a heat exchanger with a main body and to minimize noise or damage to the main body by forming stoppers and a supporting part. An air conditioner comprises a main body, a heat exchanger(100) installed inside the main body, and a drain pan(117). The main body has air inlets and air outlets to air-condition an interior of a room. The drain pan consists of a supporting part whereon the heat exchanger is supported, and stoppers wherein the heat exchanger is engaged in movement of the heat exchanger. The drain pan includes a drain hole wherein condensed water is drained from the heat exchanger, a lower plate part(117a), and an edge part(117b) projected to the lower plate part. The lower plate part has the stoppers protruded upward and the supporting part. The stoppers are positioned between the front of the edge part and the supporting part, and include stopping plate bodies(119a) formed at the left and right sides and plural reinforcing ribs(119b) protruded to the front of the stopping plate bodies. |
