A terminal for a ceramic heater is provided to allow components such as a temperature sensor, a temperature fuse, and the like provided for precision temperature control and heating reliability to be tightly contacted and fixed to the ceramic heater with reliability with a fixation unit. A terminal(140) for a ceramic heater(100) is positioned on an extension line of a conductive heater(120) is electrically connected to the conductive heater by a through-hole or a conductive metal line. The conductive heater is formed on a bottom surface or a top surface of a substrate-like ceramic(110) being in contact with a heated object and is finished by a protective layer(130). A terminal fixing unit(150) is adhesively fixed to a surface of the ceramic excluding the terminal.
