An ergonomic neck support apparatus for a vehicle having shock absorption function and preventing crick of neck is provided to reduce impact applied to a neck of an occupant by forming a neck support head part having a shape matching with a cervical vertebrae. An ergonomic neck support apparatus for a vehicle having shock absorption function and preventing crick of neck is provided to a head part(10) for supporting a neck of an occupant, a shock absorption part(20) disposed at a rear side of the head part, a wing part(16), a plurality of insertion holes(30) formed at a rear side of the shock absorption part, a pressure sustaining valve(23) coupled to the insertion hole, an inflow control valve coupled to the insertion hole, and a support part. The shock absorption part includes a hollow part(25) and a winkled member(21). The wing part is formed at an upper and a lower end of a rear side of the head part. |
