A prefabricated manhole structure for a subterranean cable is provided to save a working time and installation cost remarkably and to be rapidly and safely constructed. A prefabricated manhole structure for a subterranean cable includes upper and lower sleeves(3,4), a manhole body(6), and manhole lids(7). Middle sleeves(8a,8b) are stacked and assembled between the upper and lower sleeves. a plurality of semi-circular cross-sections(2a) are opposed to each other on both longitudinal front ends of the upper and lower sleeves and the middle sleeves, thereby forming a circular sectional pipe duct(2). Guide rods(11) are inserted into guide holes(10) arranged in the upper sleeve and the middle sleeves and on both side surfaces of the lower sleeve to be integrally assembled.
