A lubricating coating for telescopic crane parts is provided to obtain the most efficient lubricating coating that reduces the resistance against the friction without depending on the technological complexity. A lubricating coating for telescopic crane parts is lubricating lacquer that is applied to the telescopic crane part substrate(4), becomes dense by including nano-particles and is able to be moved. The lubricating lacquer coating is applied to the substrate made of fine-grained steel. The nano-particles are included on the upper and lower parts of the surface(1) of the additional layer(2) of the lubricating lacquer coating as additives. Siloxane additive is included in the lubricating coating for the telescope crane parts. CH3 residue is included in the surface of the lubricating lacquer coating.
