A wheel assembly is provided to have a simple structure, to have good stability and to improve manufacturing productivity by being made with a small number of components. A wheel assembly includes a frame(13), a rotator(14), a wheel support(12), a wheel(11), a first fixing(15) and a guide plate(16). The rotator is rotatably coupled to the frame. The wheel support is rotatably inserted into the rotator. The wheel is rotatably mounted on the wheel support. The first fixing is coupled to do a reciprocating motion along the external surface of the rotator and selectively controls rotation of the rotator. The guide plate is coupled to the frame. The first fixing selectively controls rotation of the rotator against the guide plate.
