COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING GINSENG AND SIBERIAN GINSENG EXTRACTS AND DEEP SEA WATER

A cosmetic composition is provided to show excellent skin aging and itch alleviating effects, provide satisfactory skin diseases improving, moisturizing and whitening effect, and have excellent appearance aging stability. A cosmetic composition comprises 0.0001-75 wt.% of an extract of red ginseng or ginseng, 0.01-0.3 wt.% of an extract of Acanthopanax senticosus and 0.01-25 wt.% of deep sea water. The composition further comprises 0.1-3 wt.% of an extract of Foeniculum vulgare. Further, the extract of red ginseng or ginseng is extracted by water, ethanol or a mixed solution thereof.
