An air supply/exhaust pipe for a cooling/heating system is provided to simplify the structure for easy and fast installation and to prevent the heat loss from the air supplied into an indoor space by integrating a supply path for cool or hot air and an exhaust path for polluted room air as one body. An air supply/exhaust pipe for a cooling/heating system includes a discharge unit(40) and a cover(50) at front ends of main and inner pipes(10,20). The discharge unit has partitions(41) dividing the inside of the discharge unit into even-numbered spaces corresponding to those formed in the main and inner pipes and a central shaft(42) formed in the conical shape in the center. The cover has a central hole(53), into which the central shaft of the discharge unit is coupled so as to open or close the main and inner pipes according to the rotational direction of the cover.
