A supply and drainage pipeline leak examination apparatus for prevention of environmental pollution is provided to improve reliability of the apparatus by obtaining accurate test results through a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor installed in a test tank. A supply and drainage pipeline leak examination apparatus(A) for prevention of environmental pollution includes a vehicle(100), a sealing unit(8), a vacuum device(2), an air compression device(4), a test tank(6), and a control unit(7). The vehicle has an engine(110), a traveling device(120), and a loading box(130). The sealing unit seals a supply and drainage pipeline(300). The vacuum device is installed in the loading box and makes the inside of the supply and drainage pipeline vacuum. The air compression device is installed in the loading box and injects high pressure air into the supply and drainage pipeline. The test tank is connected to the vacuum device and the air compression device and the inside of the supply and drainage pipeline, and has a pressure sensor(63) and a temperature sensor(64). The control unit controls on/off of the vacuum device and the air compression device and creates data by receiving signals from the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor.
