The incapsulation method of protein bearing materials in microspheres from a polylactide-polyglycolide copolymer includes: preparation of primary pap by an emulsification of an aqueous solution of reacting material in an organic phase; reception of secondary pap by means of bond of primary pap and the hydrophylic phase consisting of an aqueous solution of the pap stabiliser; evaporation of an organic dissolvent.
