FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: R-R intervals are registered. Spectral analysis of intervals is performed by continuous wavelet transform. Frequency intensity of cardio-intervals a are determined at the moment b by formula: , a > 0, where W(a,b) is wavelet transform rate; f(t) is analysed function; Psi(((t-b)/a) is analysing wavelet. Scale-grams are drew on basis of wavelet rates on segment [bi,bj] under formula: , i,j<N, J>i, where V(al) is signal scale-gram; N is rate number; al is wavelet transform scale. Physiologically significant frequency ranges are marked out on scale-grams, on the basis of distances between adjacent local minimums on scale-gram curve. Values of wavelet power density U and values of specific wavelet power density are determined for each frequency range. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy if variability detection owing to due regard for individual reactions of examined patient. ^ 1 ex, 4 dwg |
