Circulation openings (13) are provided between the internal space and exterior of a support, where the openings are provided between the probe and the unit. A check valve type closing unit i.e. tipping cover (24), is sandwiched between the openings and the unit for ensuring circulation of fluid from inside towards outside and prohibiting the circulation of the fluid from outside towards the inside of support.
