The horn (10) has a casing (12) closed by an elastic oscillating membrane (20) and enclosing an electromagnet (30) with an electrically supplied coil (32) for producing electromagnetic flux to oscillate the membrane. The coil is coupled to the casing, and a movable core (36) is connected to the membrane, and defines an air gap (F) with a fixed core (34) for displacing the movable core. The casing encloses a C or U shaped ferromagnetic element (50) forming shunt to channalize the flux to confine the flux near the coil immediately, where the ferromagnetic element is made of steel.
