A device for positioning and fixing exterior members of a building is provided to control the position of the exterior members freely regardless of directions by employing a fixing fastener, a link and a positioning bracket. A device for positioning and fixing exterior members of a building comprises a fixing fastener(130), a link(150), and a positioning bracket(220). The positioning bracket includes a threaded part and a slot. The slot is formed at the center of the threaded part. The link includes a vertical connector, a coupling hole, and a threaded part. When the threaded part of the positioning bracket is in contact with a threaded part at the back of the vertical connector, a bolt(200) passing through the slot of the positioning bracket and the vertical connector is fastened by a nut. The fixing fastener includes bent parts(131) and a threaded part(132). The bent part of the fixing fastener is inserted in fastener grooves(120) of an exterior member(110,110'). The threaded part of the fixing fastener is inserted into the hole of the link and fastened by a bolt(160). |
