FIELD: technological processes, drying. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the equipment of disperse materials drying in boiling layer and may be used in aniline-painting, food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. In the device for drying of solutions in boiling layer of inertial solids, which contains chamber with gas distributing grid, on which the layer of inertial solids in placed, gas supply duct for supply of main part of fresh coolant and sprayers that are installed in the layer of inertial solids with the possibility of their rotation around the axis of chamber, sprayers are installed in the vertical hollow driven shaft by means of angle bar and tubes with sprayers in the ends, which are installed in horizontal and vertical planes, at that they may be installed with different pitch both in vertical and horizontal directions, depending on the object of drying, and in the top part of chamber, for instance, in the point of cylindrical part transition into conical, gas distributing grid is fixed, in the centre of which there is a bearing unit that serves as a bottom support of hollow driven shaft, at that to conical part of chamber at least one nozzle of secondary coolant is tangentially installed with temperature higher that the temperature of the main part of fresh coolant. ^ EFFECT: increases capacity of disperse materials drying in boiling layer and reduces sticking of dried material on inertial solids. ^ 2 dwg |
