FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: drill is intended for materials processing with cutting, is related to prefabricated cutting instrument and consists of cutting head, which is coaxially installed in the casing and is equipped with grooves for chips removal that pass to grooves for casing chips removal. At that the casing has channels for supply of lubricant cooling liquid (LCL) and elastic bulges for fixation of cutting head. In the casing there are support bulges installed mainly along the drill axis for interaction with corresponding embracing slots that are arranged in the cutting head. Casing channels for supply of LCL pass through the mentioned support bulges. At that on the cutting head there are bulges for interaction with elastic bulges of casing, which are installed with the possibility of cutting head tightening to casing support bulges. ^ EFFECT: expansion of technological possibilities. ^ 3 dwg |
