FIELD: physics; electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to a roll type instrument and can be used in processes of electro-microfiltration, electro-ultrafiltration, electro-osmofiltration, and preferably for separation of multicomponent mixtures. The electro-bar membrane instrument consists of a case, a perforated pipe, multi-layered sheets of pre-cathode and pre-anode membranes wrapped around it, single-pole electrodes, made from graphite fabric, and a device for supplying electrical current. The cleaned solution under pressure is passed through the perforated pipe, while the outlet of the retantate is differentiated for the pre-anode and pre-cathode retantate. The single-pole electrodes are inside the separation chamber and also serve as swirler vanes for the solution. ^ EFFECT: increased quality and efficiency of separating solutions. ^ 2 dwg |
