For method purposes urine is tested for 1-1-benzodioxy-5-ol, 2-propanamide, 1-4-ditosile-2,3- isopropyl-b-treytole, nitrobenzen, 4-4- acetamide-2,2,6,6-tatramethyl-oxyl- piperydine, N-aminooxymethyl-acetamide, 2-methyl-5-1-methyl-ethyl-phenole and 4- 4-1-methylethylbutylphenol by gas- chromatography and mass-spectrography. If amount is 0.03-0.05 mmole/l; 0.07-0.09 mmole/l; 0.09-0.11 mmole/l; 0.04-0.06 mmole/l; 0.05-0.07 mmole/l; 0.07-0.10 mmole/l; 0.11-0.13 mmole/l and 0.13-0.16 mmole/l respectively kidney infectious pathology is diagnosed.
