FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: purification method involves treatment of sewage water using a coagulant-aluminium oxychloride with subsequent separation of the floatation phases. The coagulant dose is chosen depending on the ratio of mass concentration of fats and proteins, lying in the range 0.17<Kf<13.2 from formula where D is the CAO dose, E is the "" cleaning effect, Kf - is the ratio of the mass concentration of fats and proteins.
