An event service system and a method for executing an event during reproduction of sound sources in a mobile communication terminal and a mobile communication terminal for the same are provided to transmit the sound sources to an even management server during the reproduction of the sound sources, and execute an event function by outputting an event message or execute the event function according to event indication information included in sound sources, thereby enabling a mobile communication terminal's user to participate in an event while listening to the sound sources during the reproduction of the sound sources. A mobile communication terminal(10) transmits event generation information to an event management server(30) if sound source is executed, and executes an event function during the reproduction of sound sources according to an even message received in response to the event generation information. The mobile communication terminal executes wireless call processing. A mobile communication system(20) transmits the event generation information transmitted from the mobile communication terminal to a corresponding destination or processes response signals of the event generation information. The event management sever analyzes contents of the event generation information received from the mobile communication terminal via the mobile communication system. After transmitting an event message to the mobile communication terminal based on the analyzed contents, the event management server controls an event function of the mobile communication terminal.
