FIELD: textile. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of leather clothing details joining includes combination of joined leather layers, pressing and drying. Layers are joined by means of collagen containing composition applied with density 0.12-0.35 g/cm2. The following ingredients are used on collagen containing composition: collagen mass in dry substance scale - 4-8%; glycerin - 7.8-9.6%; oak extract - 0.7-0.8; refined fish oil - 0.4-0.5%; water - the rest of composition. ^ EFFECT: strong joining of leather layers; uniformity of leather clothing packages, increase of maintainability. ^ 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
