An electric combinational stimulator for medical use by personal is provided to generate electric pulses to a voltage needle and to apply a direct current to the ankle(the sole of a foot), together promoting blood circulation and releasing muscle aches and pain. An electric combinational stimulator for medical use by personal comprises: a body(10) that supplies power to each component and controls them; a voltage generator(20) connected to the body, for applying voltage to a pain region; an electric stimulator(30) connected to the body, for applying a direct current to the ankle(the sole of a foot) of a user; and a water tank(40) in which the electric stimulator is mounted. The voltage generator includes a handle attached with a cable that is connected to a first cord of the body via a port, and a head mounted with a voltage needle is integrated with the upper portion of the handle. Further, acupressure projections are formed outside the handle to prevent the voltage generator from slipping.
