A method and a system for providing an online Baduk game service increasing entertainingness, and a recording medium storing a program thereof are provided to attract interest of users by enabling the users to bet on the number of dead stones of two players as well as win/loss of a Baduk match. A betting server(20) enables users excluding players to bet cyber money on win/loss of an online Baduk game and provides a predetermined dividend to the betting users according to the win/loss of the online Baduk game. The betting server activates/displays a dead stone betting window when a dead stone betting mark is selected in a Baduk match screen by a user terminal(50). The betting server receives betting information betting on a player obtaining more dead stones through the dead stone betting window, and pays dividend related to the dead stone to the users betting on the player obtaining more dead stones regardless of the win/loss after the Baduk match is finished.
