Bearings with outer rings provided with radial grooves interacting with the spring-loaded inlet and outlet valves are fitted on the inlet and outlet cams. Note, that the valve stem ends are made in the form of semi-sphere. The internal gearing gear wheel interacts via intermediate gears with the central gear fitted on the output shaft.
