An apparatus of controlling emission in a blast furnace of a hot blast stove is provided to prevent accident due to erroneous detection of signal system by automatically detecting back flow of unburned gas of the blast furnace. An apparatus of controlling emission in a blast furnace of a hot blast stove comprises a first gas detection unit(10) installed between a hot blast valve(141) and a mixing chamber(113), an opening degree control unit(20) for controlling a throttle valve(175), a first moisture detection unit(30), a first block discharge control unit(40), a second block discharge control unit(50) for controlling a cold blast mixing diffuser valve(131), a second gas detection unit(60), a second moisture detection unit(70) and a central control unit(80). The throttle valve opens/closes a diffuser pipe(170). The first block discharge control unit controls a cold blast valve(121) and an exhaust valve(151).
