A rotor for a motor is provided to smoothly rotate in high-speed rotation by reinforcing strength by fixing two-divided rotor shafts to both ends of a cylindrical magnet and installing a tube on an outer circumference surface. A rotor(1) for a motor includes a cylindrical magnet(13), two rotor shafts(12), and a rotation shaft(11). The cylindrical magnet has a shaft insertion hole. The two rotor shafts have the same diameter as an outer diameter of the magnet. A magnet fixing unit having a small diameter, which fit in the shaft insertion hole, is formed in one end portion. The two rotor shafts fit in both ends of the magnet. The rotation shaft is fixed to an outer end portion of the rotor shaft.
