摘要 A vibration measuring apparatus using a laser is provided to measure a direction and a relative amplitude of minute vibration by using changes in a measured value of an electric signal of a light detecting unit. A housing(100) is hollow and has a coupling unit(120) to couple a vibration measuring apparatus with a measuring object. A light source(200) emits a laser beam. A lens unit(300) condenses the laser beam emitted from the light source. A light source-lens unit position adjusting unit(400) adjusts positions of the light source and the lens unit so that the condensed light is located at the center of a light detecting unit(500). The light detecting unit is spaced apart from the lens unit and detects the light emitted by the lens unit. One end of a first spring(600) is fixed to the housing, and the other end supports the light detecting unit. Power supply units(910,920) supply power to the light detecting unit and the light source. Control units(810,820) receive a light signal detected by the light detecting unit to calculate vibration data of the measuring object and control on/off of the light source. A display unit displays the vibration data calculated by the control units.
