<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide schizandrae fructus health food having a high functionality as health food by using schizandrae fructus raw liquid which is an eluate of water-insoluble components contained by the fruit of schizarndrae fructus as crude drug and/or the seed particularly those separated from the fruit. <P>SOLUTION: The schizandrae fructus health food is obtained by admixing schizandrae fructus raw liquid eluted through soaking schizandrae fructus raw material comprising the fruit and/or seed of schizandrae fructus as crude drug, in highly concentrated ethanol, and food and drink raw material (drinking liquid or edible gelatinized raw material) together. The schizandrae fructus raw liquid is admixed into drinking water, a lactic acid beverage, acidic fruit, alcohol drink or edible gelatinized raw material at a rate of 0.1-10 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
