<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online money processing system and program that eliminate the need to receive, during settlement, the provision of a dedicated application for settlement based on electronic money, while enabling settlement during purchasing a commodity. <P>SOLUTION: A cellphone 10 displays a "settlement button" when receiving, from a retailer server 11 and in response to electronic money settlement selection information, electronic money settlement permission information which describes electronic money settlement information in the cHMTL of a dedicated tag. When a user depresses the "settlement button", an access module 102 reads electronic money information from a noncontact IC chip and sends the read electronic money information and a param value of the dedicated tag to an electronic money company server 12.
