<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive circuit capable of driving a motor stably. <P>SOLUTION: The motor drive circuit comprises: a comparison circuit 13, which outputs a comparison signal between a control voltage for controlling a current amount flowing in motor coils and a feedback voltage corresponding to the current amount flowing in the motor coils; and a conduction control circuit, which turns on source transistors N1-N3 and sync transistors N4-N6 when a starting signal which changes from one logic level to the other logic level at a prescribed period, changes to the other logic level and, based on the comparison signal outputted from the comparison circuit 13, turns off at least either side of the source transistors or the sync transistors when the feedback voltage reaches the control voltage. When the starting signal changes to the other level before the feedback voltage reaches the control voltage after the source and sync transistors are turned on, this conduction control circuit turns off at least either side of the source transistors or the sync transistors for a predetermined time shorter than the predetermined period before turning on the source and sync transistors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
