PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of driving a display panel according to a dot inversion drive method by using a line inversion driving chip. SOLUTION: In a pixel matrix on the display panel, at least two pixel groups are alternately arranged on respective pixel lines. A timing controller receives an image data from the outside to rearrange the data in the predetermined order. Thereby, the timing controller provides an image data with respect to a different pixel group of a different pixel line to a line inversion driving chip as the image data with respect to one pixel line. The line inversion driving chip converts an image data with respect to the one pixel line to a data voltage having the same polarity and, at the same time, outputs the image data. Meanwhile, on the display panel, the different pixel group of the different pixel line inputs the same gate signal. Thereby, the data voltage of the same polarity is applied with respect to the different pixel group of the different pixel line.
