<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geared motor and a motor that prevents a radial load applied to an output shaft from causing deformation of the output shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A reinforcement cylinder 80, which reinforces a driven radial output shaft 16, is provided around the driven radial output shaft 16, to which the driving force of a stepping motor 14 is transmitted. Also, a stepped reinforcement part 76, which protrudes in the axial direction of the driven radial output shaft 16, is provided on the top surface of a geared casing 18.
