<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of microgap groove possessing matter capable of eliminating the time loss of a microgap groove possessing matter manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: In the inspection method of a mold 1 for molding a honeycomb structure being the microgap groove possessing matter having a large number of through-holes 6 bored and having slit grooves 5 with a small gap carried by at least a part of the through-holes 6, light is thrown on the supply holes 4, which constitute the through-holes 6, from one end of each to be passed through the through-holes 6 and the transmission quantities of the light are detected by a camera 15 from the slit grooves 5 engraved in the other ends of the through-holes 6 to detect the presence of the abnormal part 9 formed at least in the slit grooves 5 of the through-holes 6 by the difference between the transmission quantities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
