PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate type electrophotographic photoreceptor, provided with superior sensitivity characteristics that can effectively suppress the occurrence of a photo memory generated by external light, and to provide an image forming device provided with the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The laminate type electrophotographic photoreceptor and the image forming device provided with the photoreceptor include an intermediate layer, a charge generation layer, and a charge transport layer on a base material; and the intermediate layer contains an oxidation prevention agent, alumina, silica, and titanium oxide, surface-treated by an organic silicon compound, and the content of the antioxidant agent is set at a value within a range of 10-100 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a binder resin in the intermediate layer.
