PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of securing a lubricating oil flow by reducing outflow resistance when oil supplied to a slewing bearing and a main bearing is guided to a draining passage through a space between a frame and a crank shaft flange part. SOLUTION: A back pressure chamber formed between the back surface of a turning scroll 120 and the frame 160 is partitioned into a high-pressure-side first back pressure chamber 182 located on the inner diameter side and a low-pressure-side second back pressure chamber 180 on the outside in the radial direction and sealed by a seal member 172. Since a lubricating oil drained from the main bearing 104 and the slewing bearing 103 to the first back pressure chamber 182 through respective drain oil passages flows into an annular accumulation part 167 for increasing a volume being an annular main accumulation part and continued to a draining passage space 183 around an end of a crank shaft, inflow resistance is reduced, and lubricating oil drained from both the bearing parts flows in without deflection.
