PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily absorb dispersion of spaces between skeleton members and interior trimming members. SOLUTION: A cylindrical substrate part 15 is provided on a circumferential edge of a through hole 7 for fitting a window regulator in a door trim 1, and a triangular rib 19 and regulation ribs 21 located on both sides of the rib 19 to regulate the elastic deformation of the rib 19 are provided on a fore end face 15a of the substrate part 15. When fitting the door trim 1 on a door inner panel 3, a fore end of the tapered rib 19 is elastically deformed to weaken the reaction force in an initial contact state. When the rib 19 is brought into contact with the door inner panel 3 and elastically deformed to a maximum, the regulation rib 21 is brought into contact with the door inner panel 3 to regulate any further deformation of the rib 19.
