PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular console box structure having compact constitution with high ease of use. SOLUTION: The vehicular console box structure arranged on the side of an occupant seat 1 located on a floor panel comprises a console body 11 mounted on a side face part of a seatback 7 constituting the occupant seat 1, an armrest member 12 installed on an upper part of the console body 11, and a covering member 13 for covering an upper surface of the armrest member 12. A horizontal shaft 24 forming a rocking supporting point of the covering member 13 is installed on the console body 11 in an extending manner in the vehicle width direction. The covering member 13 is rockingly displaced with the horizontal shaft as the supporting point, and inverted backward of a vehicle body from the covering condition covering the upper surface of the armrest member 12 and supported in a displaceable manner in a condition forming an article storage part.
