PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade structure of a vehicle solving a problem wherein it is expected that winding rolls are overlapped in the vertical direction and a space inside the vehicle becomes narrow when using a sunshade as a double overlapped unit so as to prevent the space inside the vehicle from becoming narrow. SOLUTION: This sunshade structure of the vehicle is constituted in such a way that a first shade member 55 and a second shade member 65 are provided in an overlapped condition to be pulled out in the same direction, and a first winding shaft 52 and a second winding shaft 62 are provided while they are offset in the direction for overlapping the first and second shade members 52, 65, and are also offset in the direction for pulling out the first and second shade members 55, 65.
