PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems wherein rotation of two shafts having eccentric parts at rotors in the same direction causes partial collection of kneading object on the rotors to one side wall of a trough, raw materials are not wound between the rotors and not agitated, causing insufficient humidifying treatment. SOLUTION: Eccentric parts 4c, 5c are provided on the rotors 19, 21, the eccentric parts 4c, 5c are equally disposed and provided with kneading members 6-2a, 6-2b, 6-2c, 7-2a, 7-2b, 7-2c. Circumferential pitches of the kneading member of the eccentric part 4c and the eccentric part 5c are displaced by 1/2. Circumferential pitches of the kneading members axially adjacent are displaced by 1/2. One of eccentric center is placed at a position displaced by 180°from a symmetric position in relation to a bisector of a line connecting the rotation centers of the eccentric centers of the two eccentric parts 4c, 5c.
