The machine headbox (1) has a head box nozzle (6) with an upper nozzle wall (7), a lower nozzle wall (8), two side walls (9), a slot and a nozzle chamber (11) passing through a fiber suspension (2). A control or regulating unit (16) is arranged on a side of a lamella (12). The control or regulation unit is deformed during corresponding impact. A change of position of the lamella is produced in the nozzle chamber of the head box nozzle.
