While the communication processing mode is executed, information is written in the label creating wireless tag circuit element (To) of a printed tag label tape (109) through a first antenna (LC1), and the wireless tag label (T) is created by cutting the printed tag label tape (109). When the information acquisition processing mode is executed, the information stored in the information acquisition wireless tag circuit element (To) is read through a second antenna (LC2).
