A slip hinge device for a mobile phone is provided to realize excellent sliding action performance thanks to slip design as minimizing noise generated in case of a sliding action, and to increase precision of a molding material. One pair of cap units(110a,110b) is separated from each other at certain intervals. Plural pin shafts(112) are protruded to cross each other in opposing sections of the cap units, and slide along guide holes which pierce through the cap units. Springs(114) elastically and mutually support the cap units as being inserted into the pin shafts. A guide bar(116) regularly maintains separated distances of the cap units.
